Welcome
To SmartTrack

When the IEP/504 ends
SmartTrack begins.

We specialize in restoring the structure that worked in high school, adapted for college—so your student stays supported, confident, and on track.

Support at Every Level of Higher Education

What Disappears After High School
and Why It Matters

In high school, individualized plans like IEPs and Section 504 are supported by a coordinated team of educators and parents. This system does not exist in higher education.

Higher Education:

No Cross-Department Communication

Academic departments, advising, and disability services operate independently; information-sharing is minimal.

Generic Advising

Brief, infrequent advising seldom incorporates learning profiles, workload balance, or instructor fit.

ODS: Documentation-Only

Students receive an accommodation letter; ODS does not monitor use, and faculty do not report compliance to ODS or advisors.

Hidden Problems

Course-level risk is invisible beyond the classroom; detection depends on the student, so declines and compliance failures are recognized only after substantive harm.

Parents Excluded

No institutional channel exists for parent updates; academic and administrative problems surface only after material harm.

The SmartTrack Solution:

Cross-Department Coordination

We serve as the coordinating entity, aligning faculty, advising, and ODS around a single support plan and timeline.

Personalized Planning

We develop an individualized term plan—course selection, professor/section match, load calibration, and add/drop oversight.

Practical Implementation

We operationalize the letter—coach delivery protocol, set a course-by-course implementation plan, verify early use via student check-ins, and document/escalate noncompliance.

Early Detection & Intervention

We surface risk early via scheduled check-ins, planned assessment milestones, student-reported progress, immediate activation of resources (office hours, tutoring, AT), and prompt escalation when noncompliance appears.

Regular Parent Communication

We establish a standing cadence—monthly progress reports and scheduled calls, with interim alerts when early-warning indicators appear.

What Parents Are Saying About SmartTrack

Real families. Real challenges. Real results.

SmartTrack was in place from day one. They helped us build the right schedule, choose the right professors, and set a routine that actually worked.
